- Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman Said That Govt May Not Go For A Blanket Ban On Cryptocurrencies In India.
The cryptocurrency industry in India is relieved at Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s comments that the government will take a “calibrated" approach to crypto trading in the country.
The minister said “negotiations and discussions" are going on with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on how to regulate cryptocurrency in India. “Obviously, the RBI will take a call on what kind of official currency, cryptocurrency will have to be planned and how it has to be regulated,".

The Indian wearables market grew over by 144.3% in the year 2020. The company got a total of 30 6.4 million shipments in the year-on-year growth. International Data corporation was the one to release the quarterly report of the worldwide wearable device tracker.
Wearables saw an extreme increase in the orders of earwear devices. However, the market saw a steep decline in the shipments of wristbands for the first time. India is the only country to see triple-digit growth in wearables last year.

WhatsApp is the preferred messaging app for users all across the world. This also makes the application vulnerable to scams that often manage to mislead users. The latest WhatsApp scam is an Adidas offer for women on the occasion of International Women's Day.
A WhatsApp message with a link that says "Adidas Women's Day Gift" is circulated on the app. The message claims to be an offer from Adidas giving away 1 million pairs of shoes for Women's Day. First discovered by BGR India, the link itself seems suspicious, given the nature of the message. There are a few other things to keep in mind as well, like the URL that misspelt the word "Adidas" as "Adidass."
